Return & Exchange Terms

  1. On-the-Spot Returns:
    Customers can return the product immediately at the time of delivery if there is any quality issue or physical damage.

  2. Change of Mind:
    We do not accept returns based on a change of mind. If a customer wishes to exchange a product without any fault, the delivery cost must be borne by the customer.

  3. Quality Issues Within 15 Days:
    If there is a genuine quality issue, customers can request a product replacement within 15 days of purchase.

  4. Product Condition for Exchange:
    Any product being returned or exchanged must be in unused condition, with all original tags and stickers intact.


🔧 Warranty Claims

  • Customers may claim a warranty in case of any hardware failure or product issue covered under the warranty.

  • If a problem arises after usage, the warranty claim must be processed directly with the manufacturing company, as per their policy.
