Change of Mind:
We do not accept returns based on a change of mind. If a customer wishes to exchange a product without any fault, the delivery cost must be borne by the customer. -
Quality Issues Within 15 Days:
If there is a genuine quality issue, customers can request a product replacement within 15 days of purchase. -
Product Condition for Exchange:
Any product being returned or exchanged must be in unused condition, with all original tags and stickers intact.
